C & C Rhode Island’s provides resources to assist our customers in every phase of product development. Our on-site designers and model makers provide art work or concept drawings based on a particular theme during the design phase to help clients visualize potential products. In addition, our staff can produce prototype models and rubber molded samples to assist in developing marketing materials, product displays and sales presentations. Tooling At C & C Rhode Island all tooling is produced in-house to simplify the process and save valuable time. This in-house capability allows us to maintain tight control on tool control on tool quality and the ability to utilize the latest software and computer technology. Our Tolerance is +/- .005 from blueprint to prototype.

C & C Rhode Islands Die Casting machines range from 20 to 60 tons. Our Multi-cavity capacity accommodates both short and long production runs.
