Design


C & C Rhode Island designer's works extensively for various designers, production operators, merchandisers, marketing agents and innovators through the product development process to provide insight into producing fine metal products.


Product Development

 

C & C Rhode Island’s provides resources to assist our customers in every phase of  product development. Our on-site designers and model makers provide art work or concept drawings based on a particular theme during the design phase to help clients visualize potential products.  In addition, our staff can produce prototype models to assist in developing marketing materials, product displays and sales presentations.


Tooling


At C & C Rhode Island all tooling is produced in-house to simplify the process and save valuable time. This in-house capability allows us to maintain tight control on tool control on tool quality and the ability to utilize the latest software and computer technology. Our Tolerance is +/- .005 from blueprint to prototype.

 

Metal Forming

 

C & C Rhode Islands has over a dozen Die Casting machines ranging from 20 to 150 tons. Our Multi-cavity capacity accommodates both short and long production runs. We have over 100 High Speed Stamping and Wire Forming machines to make a variety of items.
